| Terms & Conditions All animals listed as available are for sale in the UK and Europe. We regret we have no safe and cost effective facility to ship to the US at present To purchase any of our Captive-Bred offspring, please e-mail in the first instance with the species name as subject. Despite repeated requests, we were still getting too many e-mails with no contact details. In our experience the vast majority of genuine enquiries include contact details. It is our policy to request a contact telephone number. so we can discuss details in a traditional and respectful manner through talking one-to-one with our prospective customers. With this in mind we have recently installed a e-mail form which will only forward the e-mail once all requested fields have been entered. We will not reply to any enquiry which does not include a contact telephone number - or indeed those which leave the field blank or supply bogus phone numbers All our animals are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and guaranteed reservation is subject to full payment or deposit . Payment is currently by cheque or increasingly nowadays by direct bank transfer, which is quick and secure. Both are subject to clearance. Please be advised that cheques can take 14 working days to fully clear. Delivery is normally by first-class overnight courier at £25.00 per consignment and is guaranteed before noon the day after dispatch. Our packaging methods are unrivaled and include polystyrene boxes, heat pads and individual animal accommodation tailored according to species. The courier service we use is legal and subject to a defra required animal transport document. Please be advised that it is illegal to send animals via the post. We reserve the right to postpone delivery if we consider the prevailing weather conditions to be unsatisfactory and will remain in full contact via telephone to discuss a suitable day If you have any worries about using a courier service, we will be happy to reassure you and provide references from satisfied customers A personal delivery service may be available depending upon your location. Please enquire for details Our waiting lists are exactly that. All species which have a waiting list are dealt with on a first come, first served basis. Once the animals are available, we contact those on the list in the order the request was received. Because we only offer for sale our own offspring we cannot guarantee a date of availability or inform you how long the waiting list is. I'm sure you can appreciate these animals require a higher level of care than the usual pet and we reserve the right to enquire upon your housing provisions for the animal. With certain species we may enquire upon your experience and suitability. We will not sell to anyone below the age of 16 without parental approval. We offer a high level of after-care and are available to answer any concerns you may experience after receipt. We also encourage our customers to keep us updated on progress and offer free advice throughout the time the animal is with you.
